About The ReMEDi Project

At the ReMEDI Project, our vision is to eliminate discrimination in the workplace so that people and businesses can thrive because of their differences. We do this by working with small and large employers (including the NHS). We support progressive organisations who just want to harness the power of inclusion We also support organisations in trouble, those who are aware that they have EDI challenges, don’t know what to do, but are committed to doing the work to improve.

We are redefining EDI services, learning and development, emerging as a leading provider of cutting edge reverse mentoring programmes, where senior executives are mentored by colleagues from underrepresented groups, who are in more junior positions. Our highly innovative approach to reverse mentoring disrupts traditional power structures that perpetuate systematic disadvantage and discriminatory cultures. We are unashamedly disruptive, provocative and utterly relentless in our mission to drive individual, institutional and societal change in the UK and internationally. We have built our reputation as innovative EDI fixers in the health and university sectors and our ambition is to make our mark in other sectors within the next five years.

What’s in it for you?
Our company is powered by people diversity and thought diversity. We want applications from all kinds of people and are committed to building a team that has diverse characteristics, backgrounds, skills and personalities. Transformative inclusion is our DNA so we always have diverse screening, shortlisting and interview panels to ensure we recruit the best of the best.  This, we believe, will help you and us to achieve great things.

We want our team members to have happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives outside of work. As a new, start-up business we’re very open to doing things a bit differently. We are happy to consider anyone looking for flexible working, including part-time working, compressed hours and/or a job share.

There will be plenty of opportunity to learn, change and grow in this role and we’re committed to providing the necessary training to help you develop and reach your full potential.

If you’re up for the challenge of making waves in the EDI space, confident you can thrive in a start-up culture and believe you can help us to make a real difference, then we encourage you to get in touch.
