We are the world’s largest Digital Out-of-Home media business.

You’ll have used or seen our products, services and communication channels, even if you didn’t realise it was us, because they’re at the heart of communities in more than 80 countries across the world.

Our Founder, Jean-Claude Decaux, said that he would always, always use our advertising-based business to serve the community, and this is a key strand of our DNA today.

We’re really proud that 50p in every £1 of revenue is reinvested into the communities we serve, providing innovative, environmentally-responsible infrastructure and services designed to make cities better for everyone.

‘Difference Matters’ is our cross-company Diversity & Inclusion Collective, dedicated to ensuring we keep a clear focus on our goal of celebrating and growing our diversity, providing a stronger sense of belonging for everyone at JCDecaux.

‘Minds Matter’ is our company-wide commitment to supporting good mental health & wellbeing for all. Minds Matter is all about encouraging everyone at JCDecaux to feel able to be their true selves, to reach out for support and support others, sharing their stories in a safe and caring environment. The programme actively promotes looking after our own, and others’ mental wellbeing; and aims to remove any stigma around mental health.

We’ve created the Minds Matter Movement, a brilliant group of colleague Champions all dedicated to bringing the principles of Minds Matter to life by contributing in a number of different ways. We’ve also supported the training of our first group of Minds Matter Support Colleagues, mental health first aiders from across the company available to help anyone who needs it.

Our Community Channel increases access to Out-of-Home media for communities and charities who would not have been able to use our media channels without that support.

We have a company-wide commitment to tread lightly, minimising our environmental footprint through keeping environmental responsibility at the heart of our activities.
